Where do you work?
LeightBulb is based in Indianapolis and works in person across Indiana, with virtual consultation and select projects nationwide.
How is a project priced?
Projects are quoted individually based on scope and deliverables. After an introductory call, Les outlines what the project needs before any work begins.
What will I receive?
That depends on the agreed proposal. Depending on the project, it may include concept sketches, scaled layouts, elevations and perspectives.
Do you provide architectural or permit-ready drawings?
No. LeightBulb is an independent design studio, not a licensed architecture firm. Drawings communicate design intent; they are not engineered, permit-ready or construction-certified documents.
Do you work with builders and other trades?
Yes. Builders, remodelers, cabinet professionals and interior designers can bring LeightBulb in for design capacity or a fresh approach. Project coordination is available by separate scope.
